Indie License Agreement

The following agreement is entered into between you, the customer, and Pixel Petunia. If you download and use any of our products, you hereby signify that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions stated below.

All products within this site are licensed; not sold; to you for non-exclusive and royalty-free use. Products may be used for personal or commercial use and may be edited and modified to suit the needs of the customer.

Under no circumstance is the customer allowed to redistribute, give away, sell, transfer, or sublicense any of the products as an individual art asset or art pack that may harm any potential profit Pixel Petunia may earn. This includes providing the products in a non-compiled format in a video game release. The customer may not use any of the products for a website, ad, merchandising or other use that is NOT directly related to a video game of his or her making.

This license agreement is granted to the customer whose annual video game related income is no greater than $100,000 USD. Should the customer's income exceed $100,000 USD, the customer must upgrade to a commercial license for any future use of our products.*

All rights are reserved and will be revoked if customer does not follow the terms of use.
